. Functions: Overseeing management of 4 stars all inclusive resorts in the Caribbean and Panama. Responsible of the financial health and operational standards of the property.

DEC 2009 –FEB 2011 Paradise Beach Resort by Princess Hotels Egypt, Hurghada, Egypt

. Position: General Manager

. Functions: Overseeing management and re-standardization of a 5 stars all inclusive resort with 462 rooms.

The Property has 9 outlets and a very high occupancy all the time.

OCT 2008 –NOV 2009 Thunderbird Resorts Asia, Makati, Philippines

. Position: Group General Manager

. Functions: Overseeing management and standardization of 3 resorts, spa and conventions centers (2 in

Philippines and 1 in India). Project management in renovating one of the property, completing the other and

overseeing the construction of the 3rd in India with an operational eye. Conception, opening and operations of

2 clubs with memberships, one golf and country club and one private beach club.

.Functions: Complete management and control of 77 rooms 5 stars city hotels

Supervision of a improvement plan where brand new 700 pax conference rooms is built as well as new

kitchen, SPA and Casino. Writing of brand new SOP manual and re-standardizing to a real 5 stars level (Still

in progress)..

. Position: MOD Operations

. Functions: Complete Operations management 1216 rooms all inclusive 5 * resorts

During my time with this company I implemented a Guest Satisfaction Insurance system in order for them to

canalize their issues and insure they were solved. The system his been applied corporately nowadays.

Feb 2004-June 2005 Playa Naco Golf & Tennis Resort, Playa Dorada, Dom Rep.

. Position: Resident Manager i/c Operations

. Functions: Management of a 414 rooms all-inclusive resort in Dominican

Republic. A Team of 350 employees inside a renovation and restructuration plan, the main objective was to

give the resort a new image, implement procedures and criterias which were completely unexistant. In

charge of all operations department daily and the whole resort while the absence of GM.

2003-2004 Alisios Bavaro Beach Resort, Bávaro, Republica Dominicana

. Position: General Manager

. Functions: Complete management including: Human Resources, F&B, Room Division, sales and

Marketing of a 170 rooms 4 stars Boutique Beach resort. We have negotiated and signed a contract with a

Tour Operator that was guaranteeing 100% occupancy for 2 years with each year paid in advance. It allowed

us to build an extension from 85 rooms to 170 rooms and doubled the revenues starting the second year.

2001- to 2003 SuperClubs Breezes Costa Verde, Playa Pesquero, Holguín, Cuba

. Position: Director of activities

. Functions: Manage a group of 14 entertainment coordinators, 10 dancers, 1 costume designer, 1 set

designer, watersports instructors , 1 chief of entertainment into a 4 ½ stars resorts of 480 rooms with 8

different selling points: Tennis Centre, Water Sports Centre, Mini Club, Club House, Table Game Area,

teather, Health Centre ( massages, drugstore, Doctors and Fitness) and Night Club. Create manage a daily

and nightly entertainment programs including shows. Contract and negotiate with external shows, bands and

different artists. Had total responsibilities of internal marketing. Conducting Fam trips and organizing

banquets and conferences. Assist to Executive Board's meeting as member and daily operation planification

meetings with GM.

1998-2001 Club Viva Vallarta, Punta de Mita, México

. Position: Asst. Operation Manager & Director of activities

. Functions:

1)Perform in assisting Gm in supervising and controlling all operations department of a 4 stars, 350 rooms

beach resorts with 7 F&B outlets, and a 250 persons capacity banquet/conference room. Perform twice a

week as manage on duty. Assist to Executive board's meetings. Implant and apply procedures.

2) Supervision, hiring and training of a group of 35 entertainment coordinators, 2 massotherapist, 2 doctors,

2 nurses, 6 excursion guides, 2 excursion desk sales persons, 3 gust services agents. Directly responsible

for expenses and revenue for health and fitnass centre, excusions and guests services desks. Create in

team with chief of animation the whole Day and night sports and entertainment program. Directly

responsible of health centre, Excursions desks and Guest services wedding sales. In charge of planification

with all department of weddings, conferences and fam trips

1997-1998 Playa Suites Hotel, Acapulco, México

Position: Food & Beverage Manager

Functions: Control , planifications, of all resources of a 600 rooms 4 stars, with 6 f&B outlets in a Tower

beach resorts. The Hotel had a 332 seaters Mexican specialty restaurant and a buffet. 4 different bars. 6

huges conference rooms for which I had to control and control all activities such as conferences, Fam trips,

weddings, incentives were held with the required quality. Manage a team of 6 entertainment coordinators

inside a daily activities program. Contract shows and musicians for nightly entertainment program.
